I'm not sure what to use to supplement your concrete. If it is a whey protein / Muscle Milk type agent, you should drink within 30-40 minutes after the workout. If something like NO Xplode or a creatine / caffeine type of thing, then I recommend you take approximately 30 minutes before training.

Edit: Supplements drive SuperPump 250 or NO Xplode are strongly against. If you just want to add muscle mass gain muscle buy milk (fat or too fat).

Frankly, no matter how this work but as always it is a rule of thumb, never drink or eat what is in the law, while before and after the hard work .... that can make you very sick ..
