Perimenopause And Shingles What Can Be Done About Perimenopause Related Hairloss?

What can be done about perimenopause related hairloss? - perimenopause and shingles

My hair is thinner in the last 5 years. If the cause was the stress atrributed. The reduction of stress had little effect. The thyroid gland is tested with normal results. The cycles are getting faster now (22 days) and more rare. I do not know the age of menopause at my mother or grandmother, by hysterectomy. I will soon be 40th

But my hair has become clear, to third. Hairs break or shed to drive and does not seem very fast.

Please suggest what should investigate further.
